We will be running a series of song writing workshops for young people in partnership with BBC Radio Leicester at the LCB DEPOT in Leicester. These workshops aim to give each participant an understanding of the effects of slavery and perceptions they have on present day freedom, leading to a performance on the 1st May 2008. The workshops will be held on the following dates :- 17th March, 31st March, 7th April, 14th April, 21st April, 28th April 2008.
